Food & Thought 2 names Daniel Karsevar as General Manager

NAPLES, Fla. - Rezul -- Food & Thought 2 has announced the appointment of Daniel Karsevar as General Manager. A natural products entrepreneur and hospitality industry veteran with deep roots in the organic and wellness space, Karsevar brings a wealth of operational leadership and business innovation to the role.
Karsevar joins Food & Thought 2 with an extensive track record of scaling food and beverage concepts from the ground up. As founder and CEO of PlantBased Solutions and Solutiontopia, Inc., a New York City-based boutique advisory firm, he has spent his career launching startups and growing consumer packaged goods brands in the natural foods, organic and plant-based sector — including providing turn-key product development solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He previously served as president and COO of Chloe's Fruit, where he led the company's transformation from a quick-service restaurant into an award-winning vegan wholesale and CPG brand with a national presence in more than 15,000 retail stores.

Earlier in his career, Karsevar led new restaurant development initiatives at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, collaborating with brand leaders across globally recognized hotel properties. His product development portfolio includes acclaimed brands such as Unilever, Yumami, The Pagel by Bedrock Bakery, Big Mozz and Guiltless by Shayne. He also has acted as mentor at the Chobani Food Incubator and Food-X accelerator, ProVeg International and has been a member of the Pitch-Slam Selection Committee at Natural Products Expo West and a frequent speaker in the natural foods community.

In his new role at Food & Thought 2, Karsevar will oversee day-to-day operations of the organic restaurant and organic market, focusing on team development, new market menu initiatives, guest experience and strategic growth initiatives. His vision is to deepen Food & Thought 2's role as a gathering place for the Naples community, a hub for health, fitness, wellness, and longevity while honoring the organic heritage that has defined the brand for more than 50 years.
