MIAMI - Jan. 23, 2019 - Rezul -- Florida Healthcare Law Firm continues to grow with addition of Attorney Amanda Bhikhari. Bhikhari, an attorney with previous experience as in-house legal counsel to one of Florida's largest academic medical centers was also in-house counsel to the only free-standing children's hospital in the South Florida. She has a master's degree in Health Care Administration, with nearly 20 years of concentrated experience assisting healthcare professionals and businesses

Prior to joining the firm Amanda  was involved in all legal matters involving the system's hospitals and affiliate companies, where she presented legal recommendations to senior leadership for continued enhancement of the organization's goals and objectives and supported internal business partners in developing an understanding of the law, as it related to their operational areas of the organization.She will focus her practice on counseling healthcare business owners and providers alike on contracts, i.e. leases, physician employment agreements, international affiliation agreements, organizational documents and corporate governance, analyzing the applicability of the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and other state and federal fraud and abuse laws, rules, and regulations to proposed transactions, healthcare accreditation issues, specifically implementation of DNV, patient care issue resolution, global health and telemedicine/telehealth and of course all manner of regulatory compliance issues that the Firm is known for.
