Florida: Governor Ron DeSantis Reappoints Dan Giordano to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced the reappointment of Dan Giordano and the appointment of Jeff Vahle to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
Giordano is general manager of Rosen Shingle Creek and serves on the boards of Visit Orlando and the Universal Boulevard Property Owners Association. He also serves on the International Drive Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board and the Orange County Sports Incentive Commission. He earned a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Vahle is president of Walt Disney World Resort. He serves on the Rollins College Board of Trustees and the Florida Council of 100, and previously served on the Give Kids the World Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Rollins College.
The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
