According to Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness, resident feedback is crucial in shaping the city's plans and investments in delivering services. He believes that this survey will allow residents to voice their opinions on what is working well and where improvements are needed in their daily lives.

The results of this survey will be used to guide city planning, prioritize service improvements and inform future investments across departments. The survey is being conducted by Polco, a third-party research and benchmarking firm. All responses will be kept confidential and no identifying information will be shared.

Residents can expect to receive an invitation to participate in the 15-minute survey via text message from Polco. The survey is also available online at FishersIN.gov/Survey until February 28th. The City of Fishers encourages all residents to take part in this important opportunity to have their voices heard.
