Three weeks later April 15, 2026. State Street responded with a human‑generated email at 6:20 AM stating: "A case has been opened, Mr. Guberman." Fidelity, however, has remained completely silent. Not because the evidence is uncertain — but because it is undeniable. Fidelity now faces the reality that pension funds, retirement systems, and international investors were exposed to fraudulent environments for nearly a decade. And with the SEC- Securities and Exchange Commission sitting on the ANSI–ANAB board, even the regulator responsible for oversight was tied to the same accreditation body that enabled the collapse.
