Fennemore Craig Elects Todd Kartchner to the Management Committee

PHOENIX - Rezul -- Fennemore Craig, a leading law firm in the Mountain West, announced that Todd Kartchner, an attorney in the firm's the Business Litigation practice, has been elected as the newest member of Fennemore Craig's Management Committee. Kartchner joins the firm's leadership team as prominent real estate attorney Jay Kramer completed his term on the committee at the end of last year.

Kartchner formerly served as the firm's vice chair of litigation and represents clients in complex business litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He has experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark infringement. Additionally, Kartchner has wide-ranging experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in representing infrastructure providers as well as developers specializing in multi-dwelling units. Kartchner earned his J.D., magna cum laude, University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
In addition to Kartchner, Fennemore Craig's 2020 Management Committee members include Kim Arana (Nogales), Craig Etem (Reno), James Goodnow (Phoenix, and chair of the Management Committee), and Susan Wissink (Phoenix).
