Emily Roeckle, PHR, New Director Of People And Culture For Hunters Run CC

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Rezul -- Larry Savvides, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Hunters Run Country Club, is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Roeckle, PHR, as the Club's new Director of People and Culture. In her role, Emily will spearhead the Human Resources team, leading initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.

Emily brings over a decade of comprehensive Human Resources experience to Hunters Run. Prior to this appointment, she served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Highgate Hotels, Hotel Effie Sandestin. Her career also includes key roles at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf & Resort, where she excelled as Assistant Director of Human Resources, Training Manager, and HR Generalist.

Commenting on her new position, Emily stated, "I am excited to join the talented team at Hunters Run and contribute to strengthening employee culture. My goal is to foster a supportive and engaging workplace that empowers our employees to deliver exceptional service. I look forward to utilizing my experience to enhance our recruitment, retention, and management programs."

Emily holds a Master of Science (MS) in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership & Change Management and Marketing from Saint Louis University. She also possesses a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
