PHILADELPHIA - Rezul -- Diligence Capital Advisors is excited to announce that it has sourced, structured and closed a new loan for well-known Philadelphia based developer Anthony Fullard of West Powelton Development Company Inc. for the property at 122 E. Hortter Street in the coveted Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania The property is currently approved for the development of 19 luxury townhomes.

About Anthony Fullard

Anthony Fullard in a Philadelphia based developer who began his career in construction as a union iron worker over 20 years ago and went on to establish the first African-American-owned steel erection company in Philadelphia. Fullard previously served as director of economic development for Philadelphia's African American Chamber of Commerce is currently the Managing Partner of AJR Endeavors  which is the developer hired by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to redevelop and restore Osage Avenue and Pine Street in Philadelphia which was destroyed by the infamous Philadelphia MOVE bombing in 1985 which destroyed 61 homes and killed 11 people.
