Design 446 Helps Bring the Vision of Tuxedo Reserve to Life Through Comprehensive Signage Program

TUXEDO, N.Y. - Rezul -- Design 446, a full-service creative and marketing agency based at the Jersey Shore, has partnered with Lennar and Related Companies on a comprehensive signage program for Tuxedo Reserve, an upcoming 1,200-acre community in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley. Working alongside both development teams, Design 446 has been involved in the design and implementation of a comprehensive signage program throughout the community, including entry monuments, directional and wayfinding signage, residential sales center, and leasing environment for The Village at Tuxedo Reserve. The latest milestone is the installation of the North Entrance monument, a prominentarchitectural feature that welcomes residents and visitors while establishing the community's distinctive identity.

Featuring an illuminated clock tower, integrated digital display, custom architectural detailing and stonework, the monument reflects the character and vision of the community while creating a memorable arrival experience.
