The independently published guide sets out a 26-week path from idea to opening night for operators in England and Wales.
Okpor has founded around a dozen UK companies since 2013. He is best known for Sips Nail Spa & Bar, where he designed, built and ran venues in Stratford, Mayfair and Croydon that combine nail spa treatments with a cocktail bar. Launch Your Venue turns that operator experience into a practical sequence covering startup costs, premises decisions, licensing and planning basics, fit-out, hiring, and what to do when plans slip.
