ATLANTA - Rezul -- On Monday, April 19 under blue skies, a handful of homeowners who represent the Founders Club at The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake gripped the handles of their gold shovels and turned the soil in celebration of the groundbreaking of their community's amenity center.
