ATLANTA - Rezul -- On Monday, April 19 under blue skies, a handful of homeowners who represent the Founders Club at The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake gripped the handles of their gold shovels and turned the soil in celebration of the groundbreaking of their community's amenity center. Encore by David Weekley Homes – the 55+ active adult lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes – has teamed up with Sterling on the Lake by Newland to bring a collection of luxury, low-maintenance ranch homes to the highly sought-after master-planned community.
