BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Rezul -- Curran Young Construction has announced the hiring of Ellie Poeder as market development associate, expanding the firm's strategic growth and client engagement capabilities across Southwest Florida.

A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University's Lutgert College of Business, she began her career in new home sales before transitioning into market development, where she has built a reputation for strong client relationships, thoughtful market analysis and an ability to identify strategic pursuits.
