Facility expansion increases production capacity, improves lead times, and supports builders and developers across Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish and King Counties
BELLEVUE, Wash. - Rezul -- Northwest Modern Fab, a leading provider of architectural and structural metal fabrication, announced today the expansion of its manufacturing operations with the addition of 4,800 square feet of new production space. The expansion supports growing demand from builders and developers across Whatcom, Skagit and King Counties.
The added capacity allows Northwest Modern Fab to increase throughput, improve lead times, and support a rising volume of residential and commercial construction projects throughout the region.
"Our growth is being driven by builders who need reliable fabrication partners that can keep pace with today's construction schedules," said Doug Branson, owner at Northwest Modern Fab. "This expansion gives us the flexibility and capacity to better serve our customers while maintaining the quality and consistency they expect."

Northwest Modern Fab specializes in metal railings, stairs, and miscellaneous architectural metal, working closely with builders, developers, and project teams to deliver clean, inspection-ready installations.
