Concierge Auctions' Dubai Sale Culminates Live with Millions in Properties Sold Across Three Countries and Three U.S. States

NEW YORK - Rezul -- Concierge Auctions announced today its inaugural Dubai portfolio sale concluded February 27. Bidding opened digitally via the firm's online marketplace, ConciergeAuctions.com, and culminated live at the Bulgari Resort in Dubai.

The global showcase featured luxury properties spanning three countries and three U.S. states—including Wolf Point Golf Club, a 1,640+ acre compound with 5,000-foot private runway/hangar and 18-hole world-rated golf course on the Texas Gulf Coast; a Santa Barbara, California retreat with gardens designed by famed landscape architect Lockwood de Forest; and villas in Dubai and Marrakesh, Morocco.

Launched in partnership with Dow Jones and Mansion Global to reach high-net-worth buyers in the Middle East and Dubai, this is the fourth year Concierge Auctions and the media powerhouses have partnered together on global showcase sales.

The sale resulted in nearly 150 attendees at live events in Dubai, 40 global bidders, and $450 million in competitive bids.

The sale in Dubai launched on the heels of the firm's strongest year ever. In 2019 alone, Concierge Auctions exceeded $2.5 billion in historic sales, with an average sale price of $4 million, processed nearly $3.4 billion in competitive bids, and achieved YOY growth of 29%—from 143 auctions in 2018 to 185.
