Mr. Ozdemir, the founder of the Eminova Group of Companies, has entered into a collaborative agreement to represent Thoroughbred in Dubai, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the other GCC countries. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Ozdemir and his companies have exclusive representation rights in the countries noted to pursue new business endeavors.
