Data Over Drama: Tickets on sale for Market Trends 2026
Rezul News/10725065
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Tickets are now on sale for Market Trends 2026, Southwest Florida's largest real estate summit presented by local industry leaders. The event will be held from 4 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 12 at Caloosa Sound Convention Center in Fort Myers.
From shifting interest rates and housing supply to buyer behavior and national housing trends, the real estate market is full of opinions and chaos. This year's theme, "Data Over Drama," will explore the ever-changing shifts in the real estate market, cutting through the noise to address what really matters to industry leaders, decision-makers and professionals. Experts will break down the latest local and national trends – backed by data – to equip attendees with strategic insight on what's shaping Southwest Florida in 2026 and beyond.
Three of the region's leading voices in real estate will present the latest market data, research and fact-based analysis for a state-of-the-industry discussion. Justin Thibaut, CCIM, president and CEO of LSI Companies, will cover the topic of land, new home sales and development, while Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Team at Keller Williams Realty, will share expertise on residential real estate and Matt Simmons, managing partner of Maxwell, Hendry & Simmons, will present updates on the commercial real estate sector.
