ICI Homes Donates $247,720 to NEFBA Builders Care
Rezul News/10725079
ST. JOHNS, Fla. - Rezul -- ICI Homes, a Florida-based custom homebuilder and one of the nation's most esteemed builders, has proudly donated $247,720 to Builders Care, the charitable arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), through its latest Home from the Heart project located in Middlebourne in St. Johns County. The funds raised will support Builders Care's mission of providing critical home repairs and renovations to low-income, elderly, and disabled residents across Northeast Florida.
"This has been a journey filled with heart," said Dan Middleton, Project Construction Manager of ICI Homes. "This isn't just a home; it's a promise to our neighbors that we care. The substantial donation is only possible thanks to the support of our generous trade partners, vendors, and the shared commitment of our entire team."
The Home from the Heart initiative invites builders and their partners to construct and sell a custom home with proceeds benefiting Builders Care. ICI Homes chose to build a larger, higher-value home in Middlebourne, an intentional decision that resulted in a more impactful donation. A premier community by ICI Homes located in St. Johns County, Middlebourne combines the convenience of city living with the serene beauty of Florida's landscapes, offering something special for everyone. Crafted by ICI Homes, Middlebourne homes boast innovative design and unmatched quality.

The proceeds will directly support no-cost construction projects for those in need. Through its Home from the Heart projects, ICI Homes and its vendor partners contribute to a powerful, community-wide effort to enhance lives through safe, healthy housing throughout the region.
ICI Homes is recognized as a "Caring Member" on the Builders Care website — a title that reflects their deep-rooted commitment to local philanthropy. With over 45 years of experience, ICI Homes continues to lead not just in innovation and custom home design, but in service to the communities they call home.
