Columbia: Green Route detour to avoid Conley Road closure begins March 23

(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ COLUMBIA, MO - The Go COMO Green Route will be taking a detour starting Monday, March 23 to avoid a closure on Conley Road. According to the press release from the Missouri Department of Transportation, the closure is expected to last for approximately two months.

During this time, buses will be using U.S. Route 63 as an alternative route to bypass the affected area. The buses will enter the highway at the Conley Road interchange and exit at East Broadway before returning to their regular route via Brickton Road and Conley Road.

Unfortunately, this detour means that certain bus stops will not be served during the closure. These include Conley Road at Walmart, Staples, and IHOP. Riders who usually use these stops are advised to instead board the bus at the Conley Road at Hy-Vee stop.
