(COLUMBIA, MO) - City of Columbia Utilities and Stantec Consulting will be hosting a Rates 101 presentation to explain how the Utility departments determine revenue sufficiency, cost of service, rate design
and customer impact.
The public event, which will focus on Solid Waste and Sewer, will be at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 3 in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.
