Chip McCraney Joins Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches

SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. - Rezul -- Engel & Völkers Florida today announced Chip McCraney has joined its network as a real estate advisor based out of the Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches shop.

McCraney comes to Engel & Völkers from Linda Miller Real Estate, where he accumulated approximately $60-million in sales volume over a four-year period. Prior to joining the real estate industry in Florida, he was an apparel brand executive concentrating on private golf club distribution with companies such as Fairway and Greene, Peter Millar, Martin and Fennec, and Stitch. His previous experience as a PGA Golf Professional for 16 years made the transition to premier real estate sales an easy one.  As a  frequent vacationer in Santa Rosa Beach since the 1980s, McCraney decided to make the area his permanent home six years ago. He maintains his real estate license in Arizona, where the brand currently has six locations.

Beau Blankenship secured the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches in 2017. He and Managing Broker, Libby Metz, have grown the company to 85 advisors, who represented 581 transactions in 2022 with an average sales price of $1.6-million.
