Bloomington: Mayor Thomson, Lynn Coyne to Host Traveling Town Hall at Banneker

~ Bloomington residents will have the opportunity to engage with City leaders and stay informed about current projects at the upcoming District 2 Traveling Town Hall. The event will take place on Monday, August 3, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Banneker Community Center located at 930 W. 7th St.
Mayor Kerry Thomson and Interim Planning and Transportation Director Lynn Coyne will be in attendance to discuss City initiatives, provide updates on projects that impact the community, and answer any questions from attendees. This initiative, known as the Traveling Town Hall series, aims to make local government more accessible by bringing City officials directly into Bloomington neighborhoods.

While the event is being held in District 2, all Bloomington residents are welcome to attend regardless of their place of residence. The event is free and open to the public. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be broadcast live on Community Access Television Services (CATS) and can also be viewed on-demand at catstv.net.
