BlackRock - Larry Fink-CEO: The Silence That Speaks Loudest
Rezul News/10745539
The Evidence From 40- Quality Expert & Boeing Shareholder- DARYL GUBERMAN- That Put BlackRock And Larry Fink Under A Spotlight They Never Expected.
NEW YORK - Rezul -- Daryl Guberman: The Letter That Shook Wall Street
BLACKROCK -Larry Fink-CEO
STATE STREET- Ron O'Hanley-CEO
VANGUARD- Salim Ramji-CEO
FIDELITY- Abigail Johnson-CEO
On March 19, 2026, 40‑year quality expert and Boeing shareholder Daryl Guberman sent an emergency evidence package to BlackRock-Larry Fink-CEO, STATE STREET, Ron O'Hanley-CEO, VANGUARD-Salim Ramji-CEO, FIDELITY-Abigail Johnson-CEO detailing how eight years of investments (2018–present) were built on industries manufacturing parts inside fraudulent accreditation environments tied to DOS contract 19AQMM18R0131. The violations of ISO/IEC 17011, the global impartiality standard, meant every certification downstream was invalid — and BlackRock's portfolios were constructed on top of those invalid certifications without their knowledge, without the companies' knowledge, and without the investors' knowledge.

Three weeks later, State Street responded with a human‑generated email at 6:20 AM stating: "A case has been opened, Mr. Guberman." BlackRock, however, has remained completely silent. Not because the evidence is unclear — but because it is undeniable. Silence becomes the only option when a firm must explain to pension funds, retirement systems, and international investors that their holdings were built inside fraudulent environments for nearly a decade. And with the SEC-Securities and Exchange Commission sitting on the ANSI–ANAB board, even the regulator responsible for oversight was tied to the same accreditation body that enabled the collapse.
When the big four ignored the warnings Blackrock, Fidelity, Vanguard, and State Street

If BlackRock has remained silent after receiving evidence of eight years of fraudulent accreditation, how long can they avoid telling their investors the truth?
