Be Home for the Holidays with Magnolia Green's Move-In Ready Homes

MOSELEY, Va. - Rezul -- Celebrate the holiday season with a new place to call home! Magnolia Green is excited to announce their Home for the Holidays Tour event on Sunday, November 16th from 1 PM to 4 PM. This event will allow prospective homebuyers to tour the selection of Move-In Ready and Model Homes currently available at Magnolia Green, with enough time to move in before the holidays or build in 2026.

Guests will tour move-in ready homes in the Charleston Landing, Legacy Park, and Palisades Cove sections of Magnolia Green. In addition to the Quick Move-In homes, three models will be available to tour, in three different neighborhoods: Eagle Bend by Schell Brothers, Charleston Landing by Mungo Homes, and Palisades Cove by HHHunt Homes. Tour each home and you'll be entered for a chance to win a $500 gift card!

The tour and fun begin at 17301 Memorial Tournament Drive, Moseley, VA 23120, where you will receive a map for the tour. Guests will be able to explore Magnolia Green at their own pace, as well as engage with their new community through family-friendly activities. Enjoy a scavenger hunt in each home, free holiday portraits courtesy of Keli Allyse Photography, train rides courtesy of The RVA Express, and trolley rides courtesy of Taylor's Classic Travels Vintage Style Trolley. Hot cocoa, cookies, cider, and hot dogs will be provided for you to enjoy.
