New Leadership Team Acquires Coldwell Banker Premium Realty in Lake Worth

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Rezul -- Coldwell Banker Premium Realty today announced its acquisition by a new, experienced leadership team. The Lake Worth brokerage is introducing a modern business model designed to support real estate agents in South Florida. The team is focused on helping agents build sustainable careers through dedicated mentorship, an all-in-one technology platform, and a supportive financial structure.

The brokerage is removing common barriers to agent success by offering no monthly desk or franchise fees.
