ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Rezul -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a leading global provider of cloud software and services for associations and non-profits — and the developers of the iMIS Engagement Management System — announced today it has hired two new C-level executives: Tim Clarke as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Larry Goldstein as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In the newly created CRO role, Tim Clarke will oversee the performance and alignment of the global sales team and other revenue-generating departments to improve the client sales experience and drive business growth. His portfolio will include ASI's entire suite of solutions for the association and non-profit sector, including iMIS, OpenWater, and TopClass. Tim's commitment to an outside-in buying experience will ensure ASI optimizes the value it delivers to clients.
A graduate of Columbia Business School, Tim brings more than 25 years of experience in developing exceptional go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales processes, and sales cultures. Prior to joining ASI, he founded Growth Sigma to help B2B executives achieve their key performance metrics and accelerate change across client-facing teams. He previously excelled in growth-leadership positions at MBO Partners, Symmetrics Group, Korn Ferry, and Siebel Systems.

Larry Goldstein joins ASI as COO with responsibility for the overall management of the development, technology, and consulting operations. His entire career has focused on leadership, strategy, and technology viewed through the lens of sound business principles. Larry has a particular expertise in bringing together intelligent people to creatively solve multi-faceted challenges and streamline business operations to ultimately benefit the client.
For more than 23 years, Larry served as co-owner of New Jersey-based Innovative Software Solutions, Inc. (ISSI), which specialized in benefits administration software for union trust funds. ISSI was acquired by ASI in 2017 and sold to Zenith American Holding, Inc. in 2019. Prior to that, he was with Software Digest, the publication that pioneered non-advertising, test-based software reviews. After the private testing component, National Software Testing Labs (NSTL), was sold to McGraw-Hill, Larry became Vice President and General Manager. He holds a BBA degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Suffolk University.
