Arux Group Launches WA Security Training Programs

VANCOUVER, Wash. - Rezul -- Pacific Northwest Security Shortage Drives Veteran-Owned Company to Launch State-Certified Training Programs

VANCOUVER, WA -- Veteran-owned Arux Group launched state-approved security certification training programs last week, addressing critical workforce shortages across Washington and Oregon. Initial classes sold out within 48 hours, prompting the company to add additional dates.

"Employers are competing for qualified candidates who simply don't exist in sufficient numbers," explained an Arux Group spokesperson. "We developed these programs to create a pipeline of job-ready professionals."

Instructor Backgrounds

All trainers hold certifications from Washington State's Criminal Justice Training Commission (CJTC) and Department of Licensing (DOL) while bringing backgrounds in US Special Operations, SWAT, law enforcement intelligence, and defense operations.

"Students learn from people who've actually performed this work in high-stakes environments," the spokesperson noted.

Two Certification Paths

The Washington CJTC Firearms Certification qualifies students for armed roles including Private Security Guard (PS) Armed, Private Investigator (PI) Armed, and Bail Bond Recovery Agent (BBRA) Armed positions. The 8-hour program includes classroom instruction, written examination, live-fire range qualification, and complete CJTC documentation processing.

The Washington DOL Unarmed Security Certification provides entry-level professionals with required pre-assignment training under RCW 18.170. The 8-hour course covers legal authority, use of force, emergency response, and professional conduct. Training is available in-person or through virtual online sessions.

Workforce Demand

Thousands of unfilled security positions exist throughout Washington and Oregon. Graduates frequently receive multiple job offers before completing certification processing.
