Albemarle Homes Launches New Development in North Nottinghamshire Village

Rezul -- A leading local housebuilder is to commence ground works on its latest development, Vicarage Fields, in the Nottinghamshire village of Beckingham.

Albemarle Homes' development is on the outskirts of the village and will bring an array of 33 much needed two, three and four bedroom homes to the area along with two bungalows.

The development is situated to the north of Beckingham village which lies on the outskirts of Gainsborough.   Beckingham, is one of the most northernly villages of Nottinghamshire and is located in the Trent Valley within a triangle of counties - three miles to the east of the village lies the River Trent and the County of Lincolnshire - ten miles to the north is Yorkshire.
