Webb Shadle Public Library to Host Annual Pet Show, Sponsored by Carlisle Veterinary Clinic

PLEASANTVILLE, Iowa - Rezul -- The Webb Shadle Public Library is thrilled to announce its Annual Pet Show, an exciting, family-friendly event taking place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Proudly sponsored by the Carlisle Veterinary Clinic, this popular event invites community members of all ages to showcase their beloved real pets—or their favorite stuffed animals—on our playful pet "catwalk."

Thanks to a generous donation and event sponsorship from Carlisle Veterinary Clinic, every participant in our Summer Reading Program will receive prizes and goodies.

Event Details

• What: Webb Shadle Public Library Annual Pet Show
• When: Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
• Where: Back patio and lawn, 301 W Dallas Street, Pleasantville, IA 50225
• Who: All ages welcome! Well-behaved pets and stuffed animals are highly encouraged.

Participants will register upon arrival and take turns walking their pets—or stuffed animal companions—down the pet "catwalk" in front of our friendly panel of judges. With light-hearted commentary and an opportunity to show off, it's all about fun. We don't want to spoil all the surprises, so bring your furry (or fluffy) friend and help us wrap up the Summer Reading Program in the best way possible!
