PARIS - Rezul -- The creator wanted to encapsulate all the the aspects of traditional agents and multiple platforms that service the property sector under one roof. It is a one stop shop for anything to do with any type of property ownership.
The established international players in this market such as Savills, Knight Frank, Christies, Sotheby's, Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Trivago, Home Exchange etc offer a niche market platform to property holders and buyers.
USB is very different, under one roof you are able to, buy, sell, rent, exchange, swap, holiday rent or charter any type of property asset, whether it's residential, commercial, flies through the skies or travels across water. You have the ability to pick 'n' mix different variations to list your assets.

Via personal experience the creator states that no matter who you instruct to market your asset, they generally do a good job for you. Nine times out of ten the agent will phone you or email to book an accompanied viewing and you have to be in situ anyway.
The property is sold, the agency sends you an invoice for services prior to completion which you have to pay. They have advertised your asset online, written a description, uploaded nice photographs and given the office contact details.

As a one-man band I am sure that in time my site will be copied by a big corporate entity, as with James Dyson and his revolutionary vacuum cleaner. Unlike Mr Dyson who had the ability to protect his hard work via patents and registered designs, there is no such protection for my site other than copyright. I hope that the good people of this planet get behind this site, use it and benefit from its concept. Maybe the site will survive if they do. At least I can claim that I was the first and I am very proud of my new unique quirky website.
