SALEM, Ore. - Rezul -- State of Sundance Realty LLC
Sundance Realty LLC had successfully transitioned from a sole-proprietorship to that of a single-member LLC. With the passing of Farris Beatty, the transition needed to occur for the continuity of the brokerage, and we went through the bureaucratic process of transferring all the old accounts, assets, and updating contracts to the new LLC. Functionally speaking, Sundance agents operate as they have always operated and the change is mostly administrative.
New Agents:
Donald Herrington has jumped onboard with Sundance Realty LLC as a new agent in the industry. He is focused on youth sports, and is operating in the I-5 corridor between Albany and Salem.
