~ Bloomington, IN - The City of Bloomington's Community and Family Resources Department has announced the launch of its 2025 Violence Reduction Grants program. This initiative aims to support violence prevention and reduction efforts by investing in local neighborhood-based agencies and organizations that have evidence-driven strategies.

A total of $150,000 has been allocated for the 2025 program, which will fund community-led initiatives focused on prevention, intervention, and violence reduction. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, neighborhood associations, resident councils, and faith-based communities serving Bloomington.
