Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar introduces summer prix fixe menu

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar has debuted its summer prix fixe menu, offering guests a special seasonal dining experience.

The limited-time offer will feature a two-course lunch for $25, available Monday through Friday, and a three-course dinner for $39, available Sunday through Thursday. Guests will have the option to select an appetizer and entree for lunch and an appetizer, entree and dessert for dinner.

Lunch entree selections include:

• The Prohibition: Tap 42 burger blend, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, applewood bacon, secret sauce and dijonnaise
• Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad: sliced grilled chicken, mixed greens, charred corn, black beans, manchego cheese, tomato, tortilla strips and cilantro lime vinaigrette
• Chopped Chicken Caesar Wrap: grilled chicken or crispy chicken tenders, Romaine lettuce, Parmesan Reggiano, focaccia croutons and house-made Caesar dressing
• The Big Smash: two Tap 42 blend patties, Smash Sauce, caramelized onions and melted American cheese
• Blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich: garlic parmesan broccoli, lemon and house-made herb remoulade
• Buffalo Chicken Tender Wrap: hand-battered chicken tenders, house-made buffalo sauce, chopped Romaine and chunky blue cheese or buttermilk ranch

Dinner entree selections include:

• Wagyu Steak & Noodle Bowl: Mishima Reserve Wagyu beef, fresh lo mein, wok sprouts, scallions and samurai sauce
• Barbecue Baby Back Ribs: slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone tender, sweet and smoky barbecue sauce and crispy fries
• California Chopped Chicken Bowl: grilled chicken breast, cilantro rice, charred corn, guacamole, tomato, black beans and house-made red salsa
• Grilled Salmon Zen Bowl: pan-fried brown rice, green veggie stir fry, truffle miso glaze and toasted sesame
• Rainbow Sushi Bowl: tuna, salmon, steamed and chilled jumbo shrimp, avocado, cucumber, scallion, sushi rice and sesame
• Burrata Chicken Parm: melted burrata and mozzarella, parmesan and basil served with spicy rigatoni alla vodka sauce

Guests can choose from a variety of appetizers, including Crispy Asian Calamari Tower, Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice, Flame Grilled Chicken Wings, Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Truffle Street Corn Guacamole.

Dessert options include Strawberry Shortcake Tres Leches and Key Lime Pie.

In addition to the prix fixe menu, Tap 42's happy hour will also be available Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.
