Surf Gidget The Pug Wins World Champion 2018

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 14, 2018 - Rezul -- Surf Gidget The Pug is a surf dog from San Clemente, CA is on a winning streak. Gidget competed at the Imperial Beach, CA Surf Dog Competition hosted by Surf Dog Events on July 28th 2018. Gidget placed 1st in her small weight class and took 1st place overall beating Golden-Doodles & other large dog breeds. This small but mighty 15lb, 5 year old White Pug took home 2 golds and a silver medal at the recent 'World Dog Surfing Championships' held in Pacifica, CA, a small beach town outside of San Fransisco on August 4th 2018. Gidget won 1st place in her small weight class and proceeded to the finals surfing against all other weight classes from medium to x-large dogs.

Gidget placed 1st in the finals making her 'Top Dog Winner' correcting results posted on TMZ & Perez Hilton published on August 5th 2018. Earlier that day Gidget rode tandem with her fellow small but mighty surfer 'Prince Dudeman'. This was the first time the dynamic duo rode together in this dog/dog category and the smalls took home silver!

Will Surf Gidget The Pug retain her small but mighty winning streak? Come watch her competed at the upcoming Dog Surfing Event on September 9th 2018 at the Del Mar Dog Beach, San Diego, CA where Gidget will compete in the 13th 'Surf-Dog-Surf-A-Thon' held by the Helen Woodward Animal Center.

Surf Gidget The Pug will try to retain her 'Top Dog' title on September 9th 2018 and she will tackle the mighty ocean with her dueling tandem partner 'Prince Dudeman' in the dog/dog tandem category.
