Stitt Entertainment Launches $10 Million Funding Initiative to Accelerate Entertainment Growth
Rezul News/10743727
BOSTON - Rezul -- Stitt Entertainment is launching a new $10 million funding initiative designed to support the company's continued expansion across film, television, talent, international sales, marketing and entertainment-related ventures.
The funding initiative comes as Stitt Entertainment looks to strengthen its position as a growing entertainment company with ambitions to expand its production, distribution, sales and talent operations.
The company plans to use capital raised through the initiative to pursue strategic entertainment opportunities, develop and acquire projects, expand international sales capabilities, strengthen marketing and public relations operations, and build relationships with filmmakers, talent, production companies, distributors and strategic partners.
"Stitt Entertainment is entering an important stage of growth," said Robert Stitt. "We see significant opportunities across the entertainment marketplace, and this funding initiative will allow us to pursue those opportunities with greater scale and resources."
Stitt Entertainment has been expanding its activities across the entertainment sector, including film sales and representation. The company has also been developing opportunities involving independent film projects, talent and entertainment marketing.

The $10 million initiative is intended to provide the company with the capital necessary to execute its broader growth strategy while pursuing a portfolio of entertainment opportunities.
Stitt Entertainment is seeking conversations with qualified investors, strategic investment partners and entertainment-industry financiers interested in learning more about the company's plans.
Potential investors will be provided with additional information regarding the company's business plan, proposed use of proceeds, investment structure, financial projections, risk factors and applicable offering documentation.
"Entertainment is a business built around intellectual property, talent, distribution and audience," Stitt said. "Our objective is to build Stitt Entertainment into a company capable of operating across those areas and creating long-term value through a diversified entertainment platform."
The company expects to use the funding initiative as a foundation for its next phase of growth, with opportunities spanning production, acquisitions, international distribution, marketing, talent and strategic partnerships.
