Springfield: LOCATED -- Endangered Missing Person: Stephanie Francis

~ Springfield Police Department successfully located the missing person, Stephanie Francis, after issuing a public request for assistance. The 32-year-old, who suffers from multiple mental health disorders and was without her medication, was last seen leaving her residence on N. Hilton Avenue at 7:20 p.m. She was described as 5-foot-5 and 238 pounds with brown hair and eyes, as well as scars on her stomach and back. Francis also wears leg braces on both legs. She was wearing a gray shirt, gray leggings, and tennis shoes at the time of her disappearance. Concerns for her wellbeing were raised due to her medical conditions.
