Springfield ~ Springfield-Greene County Health (SGCHD) has recently announced the appointment of Whitney Stamm as their new Community Health Strategy Coordinator. Stamm, who has been with the Health Department since 2021, previously served as the Public Health Strategist.

In her previous role, Stamm played a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the department and the community. She utilized data, evaluation, and community insights to help programs and partners better understand local needs and measure progress towards improving community health.

As the new Coordinator of the Office of Community Health Strategy, Stamm will continue this important work while also leading efforts to incorporate community voices into the department's assessments, planning process, and strategic initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Missouri State University and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
