Spring Venture Group's Orlando office will be located in the SouthPark Center, a five-story, Class-A office building, located off of S. John Young Parkway. This is the third large office lease Rick Solik and Matthew McKeever have brokered since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020.
