Software Company Expands Allen Office to Accommodate Growth

ALLEN, Texas - Rezul -- Cytracom, a software company delivering Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) services to small and medium-sized businesses, announced today the expansion of its current office space due to the company's rapid growth. Located at AllenPlace I, 450 Century Parkway, the company is tripling its space which will soon span 11,870 square feet. The expanded office will accommodate management's plans to increase the size of its workforce by 30 percent. NAI Robert Lynn's Dallas Office Division Principal Kent Smith arranged the deal.

Built just three years ago, the Class A AllenPlace building is conveniently located off Highway 75. The space provides convenient access for Cytracom employees with its proximity to major highways, area restaurants and retail shops, including the Watters Creek mixed-use development. Building amenities include a new on-site deli and fitness center.
