Snap Supplements Releases Results of 90-Day Prostate Health Open-Label Pilot Study
Rezul News/10735869
Men, age 50 and older, reported nearly half as many nighttime bathroom trips and a dramatic drop in urinary urgency after 90 days of supplementation.
VANCOUVER, Wash. - Rezul -- Snap Supplements, a doctor-formulated, plant-based nutrition brand, today released the results of a 90-day pilot study on its Prostate Health formula.
The study followed men, age 50 and older, who were dealing with common urinary symptoms:
What they reported after 90 days was significant across all three areas.
Why This Matters
Urinary problems that come with aging are incredibly common among men - and almost never talked about. Waking up two or three times a night. Feeling a sudden, pressing need to find a bathroom. Making more trips during the day than feels normal. These things affect millions of men, age 50 and older, and quietly chip away at sleep, focus, and daily life.
Most men quietly adjust their routines around these issues. Snap Supplements wanted to know whether a plant-based formula could change that.
About the Study
Sixty-four men, age 50 and older, joined the open-label pilot study. All of them had self-reported urinary symptoms related to prostate health. Forty-nine completed the full 90 days. Each participant took three capsules of Snap Prostate Health nightly before bed and kept a daily log of their urinary symptoms. Formal check-ins were completed at the start of the study and again at 30, 60, and 90 days.
The primary statistical analysis was conducted on the 41 participants who provided complete data at every checkpoint. Results were analyzed using a repeated-measures design with Bonferroni corrections - a standard method for controlling error across multiple comparisons.

This was an open-label pilot study, meaning there was no placebo group and participants knew they were taking the supplement. The results reflect what this group of men reported. They are not intended to imply that the formula caused these outcomes, and they are not equivalent to a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
What the Men Reported
Fewer wake-ups at night.
This was the standout finding. Participants reported cutting their nighttime bathroom trips nearly in half - a 49% reduction by day 90, compared to where they started. The improvement began showing up within the first 30 days and kept getting better through the end of the study. When participants were asked which symptom improved most, nighttime urination was the clear winner, named by more than one in four respondents.
Less running to the bathroom during the day.
Within the first month, participants reported 22% fewer daytime trips to the bathroom. That improvement held steady through day 60 and day 90 - no backsliding. For many men, this kind of early, consistent relief in daily routine is what makes a supplement worth sticking with.
The urgent "gotta-go" feeling eased significantly.
Urgency - that sudden, hard-to-ignore pressure that makes long meetings or car rides feel stressful - dropped by roughly 49% over the 90-day period. What made this result especially notable: unlike daytime frequency, which stabilized quickly, urgency kept improving all the way through day 90. It was the most sustained improvement observed in the study.
Men wanted to keep taking it.
At the end of the study, 65% of participants who completed the full 90 days - roughly 2 out of 3 - said they would "definitely" or "probably" keep taking Snap Prostate Health. No serious adverse events were reported at any point during the study.

This was a 90-day open-label pilot study. There was no placebo group, and participants knew they were taking the supplement. The findings describe what this group of men reported during the study - they do not establish that the formula directly caused these outcomes. Results from an open-label pilot are not the same as results from a double-blind, placebo-controlled randomized trial. Individual results may vary.

- waking up multiple times a night to use the bathroom
- sudden urges they couldn't ignore
- more frequent daytime trips.
