PLANO, Texas - Rezul -- Madera, CA – NetCo Investments, Inc., a Plano, Texas-based real estate investment and development company, announces the sale of the Vallarta grocery store property in Madera, California.

NetCo Investments, Inc. was represented by Kevin Fryman, Nathan Gunderman, and Kaela Mahue of Hanley Investment Group, who delivered an outstanding result. The buyer was represented by Chris Garner of Pacifica Commercial Realty.

The Vallarta grocery store is part of a larger shopping center that includes dd's Discounts, Harbor Freight Tools, Goodwill, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and Dutch Bros Coffee. The property was formerly a Mervyn's store and was redeveloped into a Vallarta in 2020.
