MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rexnord Corporation (NYSE:RXN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.09 per share payable in cash on June 7, 2021 to stockholders of record as of May 20, 2021.
