Fresh leadership ushers in expanded national strategy to engage and empower Hispanic voters
WASHINGTON - Rezul -- The Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA), one of the nation's oldest Hispanic Republican organizations, proudly announces the appointment of Dr. Luis Figueroa as National Chairman and Nelson Albino as National Vice Chairman as the organization begins a new phase of national expansion, strategic engagement, and organizational modernization ahead of the upcoming midterm election cycle.
Under the leadership of Chairman Figueroa, the RNHA will focus aggressively over the next six to seven months on strengthening state chapters, expanding grassroots infrastructure, increasing Hispanic conservative outreach, and building strategic partnerships nationwide.
"The Hispanic community is playing an increasingly decisive role in shaping the future of the United States," said Chairman Dr. Luis Figueroa. "The RNHA is entering a new era focused on growth, professionalism, coalition building, and long-term national influence. We are building an organization capable of engaging Hispanic Americans on the issues that matter most — economic opportunity, faith, public safety, educational excellence, border security, and the preservation of the American Dream."

* Youth and college conservative leadership initiatives
* Strategic partnerships with faith leaders, veterans, entrepreneurs, and community organizations
* National policy briefings and issue-based roundtables
* Enhanced digital communications and grassroots mobilization efforts
* Increased engagement with Republican elected officials and conservative coalition partners
The RNHA also plans to strengthen its presence in key states including Florida, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico, while continuing efforts to establish and reactivate chapters throughout the country.
National Vice Chairman Nelson Albino, who has served as a presidential appointee with the United States Department of Agriculture in Puerto Rico, emphasized the importance of building stronger national Hispanic conservative engagement through practical leadership and community outreach.
