RENTV Launches New Platform for CRE Companies to Share Video Content
Rezul News/10534640
LOS ANGELES - Rezul -- RENTV.COM, INC ("RENTV"), the 21-year old, Los Angeles-based commercial real estate news and media company, has launched The REview, a new digital platform for sharing, finding and watching videos produced for the real estate industry.
The REview was created to enable producers of real estate videos to generate more views by providing a single site where real estate pros can easily find and view content covering all topics in the industry, for free.
Through REview's Search Page, real estate professionals can conduct targeted searches for videos by using a robust combinations of filters consisting of industry topics, property types, locations and video producers.
Anyone producing videos on any commercial real estate topic can create a free Producer Channel on The REview and then easily upload their videos into their channel from either Vimeo or YouTube. Producers can include a lengthy description, contact information, a website, and a map. They can also choose real estate specific search tags, making it easy for viewers to find videos of most value to them.

The REview is free to viewers and video producers because it is supported by search-based advertising. Companies, organizations and people can purchase a combinations of search filters so that when a viewer chooses a matching search combination, the sponsor's banner will appear above the video screen, or the sponsor's commercial will play before the first video chosen from the matching search results.
"This new revolutionary platform provides one place where people can find and watch real estate-related videos easily, thereby increasing views to these videos," said Steve Bloom, President and Founder of RENTV. Companies in the industry are producing great videos about properties, architecture, development, financing, technology, construction, events, charities and even ESG, for example, but these videos have been difficult to find, leading to lower than expected viewership. The REview changes that while providing highly-targeted advertising opportunities."
