Real estate keeps Zaid Jazrawi motivated through challenging times

Zaid Jazrawi Realty Team relocates to Green Bay's Broadway District
GREEN BAY, Wis. - Rezul -- Operating a successful real estate business in the midst of a pandemic-induced economic downturn is the least of the challenges Zaid Jazrawi has faced during the course of his eventful life and career. An entrepreneur by nature and a solution provider by passion, Zaid pursues successful outcomes for his clients regardless of the obstacles in his path.
Zaid, as he's known simply, serves the Green Bay, Wisconsin, market via the Zaid Jazrawi Realty Team. You can find him in newly renovated space within the Broadway District at 114 S. Broadway, Suite 3, Green Bay WI 54303.
Zaid credits an upbringing that developed his ability to assess risk and succeed where others may fail. The real estate business falls into that category, as evidenced by the fact that more than eight in ten new agents don't make it past their first year.
"A lot of people are not entrepreneurial-minded," Zaid observes. "Owning your own business makes you face your fears head-on. Many people have a mental block about not getting a regular paycheck, but they have limited paycheck growth potential from their job. The real estate business requires putting yourself out there and following up."

Zaid derives satisfaction from a continuing cycle of setting goals, working toward them, and achieving them. That drive lent itself to success in undertakings as wide-ranging as body building, coaching, and creating nightclub and restaurant businesses from the ground up.
It wasn't until he experienced the continuing challenges of real estate that Zaid found a long-term professional home.
"I like to get into something and build it up, but then the fire goes away for me," he explains. "In real estate, there is no limit. That's why I love what I do. I earn five-star reviews from my customers because I laser-in on a deal and focus on bringing it to closing. When it's done, it's done, and I move on the next one."
Moving is one of the most significant life events that people encounter, along with job changes and financial challenges, and relationship issues such as divorce or death. Zaid relishes the ability to assist clients with at least some of those challenges through his real estate expertise.
"We're seeing how little control we really have over our lives right now," Zaid says. "What's even worse is to live your life in fear. Do the best you can and live from a place of love, which is a better motivator than fear."
