The targeted audience was getting daily live broadcasts, open house updates and other advertisement of the property. The agent made sure the property was in the news feed of the targeted audience every day. Some of the open house visitors stated that they felt like they had seen this unit before because of the advertisements they have been exposed to.

As a result of aggressive target marketing, the condominium became highly desirable, open houses were crowded and the buyers had to compete for the unit.
