Kanguro Insurance Taps Paylode to Launch Best-in-Class Pet and Renters Insurance Rewards Experience

MIAMI - Rezul -- Paylode, a customer perks and rewards platform (now part of Moved), today announced it has begun working with Kanguro Insurance, the first bilingual Insurtech for pet and renters protection, to launch a new perks experience and targeted Boost campaigns for Kanguro customers across pet and renters insurance.

Through the partnership, Kanguro Insurance will introduce a branded perks experience featuring a curated selection of everyday offers, alongside Paylode Boost campaigns that deliver rewards such as gift cards and perks when customers complete high-value actions. Kanguro Insurance's initial rollout will focus on renewal engagement for pet insurance customers, with additional lifecycle touchpoints and renters insurance initiatives planned for subsequent phases.

1. A branded perks experience for Kanguro customers with a mix of everyday, high appeal offers, not limited to pet-only perks
2. A Boost campaign designed to support renewal engagement, with flexible timing and reward logic
3. A phased approach to expand Boost into additional moments across the customer lifecycle, such as referrals, milestones, and other engagement touchpoints
