Qualis Announces Promotion of Steve Miley to Senior Vice President of Contracts

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Rezul -- Qualis President and Chief Executive Officer Rod Duke announced the promotion of Steven C. Miley to Senior Vice President of Contracts, recognizing his leadership and strategic impact on the company's continued growth.

In this role, Miley oversees the full lifecycle management of Qualis' prime contracts, subcontracts, and strategic partnerships. He works closely with executive leadership to shape contracting strategy, support mergers and acquisitions activity, and strengthen the company's business development pipeline.

Prior to joining Qualis, Miley served in the Senior Executive Service (SES) as Associate Director of NASA's George C. Marshall Space Flight Center as well as the Director of Procurement at Marshall. Prior to this he was the SES Director of Contracting at the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. His career includes senior leadership roles supporting human spaceflight programs, major defense acquisition efforts, and enterprise-level Department of Defense procurement operations.
