PulteGroup announces new community in North Jacksonville, Wingate Landing

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Rezul -- PulteGroup, one of the nation's leading home builders, has announced plans for its newest community, Wingate Landing in North Jacksonville. Located off Cedar Point Road east of Interstate 95, the new construction community will consist of approximately 91 single-family home sites.
Wingate Landing is the latest of multiple new communities for Pulte in North Jacksonville. Sales are underway at Bradley Pond, which is adjacent to Wingate Landing, and at Timber Cove and Hidden Bluff.

Pulte Homes will build single-family homes on 60-foot homesites at Wingate Landing. Home sites will offer water-to-preserve views and park views with a mature oak tree hammock. More than 30 percent of Wingate Landing will include green space. There will be no CDD fees at Wingate Landing.
Wingate Landing residents will enjoy a variety of amenities including access to the Bradley Pond kayak launch that leads to the estuaries of Clapboard Creek and a large park within the community. Situated between city conveniences and outdoor recreation areas, Wingate Landing offers an outstanding location.
