Prince George's County Chapter Events Continue Despite Calendar Removal
Rezul News/10744068
MWA PG County Chapter confirms that Second Tuesday events and Fourth Thursday critique sessions remain active, despite recent removal from the statewide MWA calendars. Members should watch social media and email for updates.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. - Rezul -- The Prince George's County Chapter Writers Community is sharing information regarding the Maryland Writers Association PG County Chapter events and critique group sessions. Although these meetings were previously listed on the Maryland Writers Association calendars at marylandwriters.starchapter.com/meetinginfo.php and marylandwriters.org/calendar.php, all listings after the September 8, 2026 Second Tuesday event featuring Delia (Dee) Lawrence were recently removed.
The Writers Community is confident this was an oversight. To ensure members remain informed, we confirm that both the Second Tuesday Monthly Event and the Fourth Thursday Critique Group continue as scheduled. Members should look for announcements and meeting details through social media, email, and direct communications until the calendar listings are restored.
