PriceSmart Announces Change to Previously Scheduled Conference Call

SAN DIEGO, June 27, 2025 ~ PriceSmart, Inc. has announced a change in the date for its conference call regarding its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025. The call, which was originally scheduled for Friday, July 11, 2025, will now take place on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Pacific time).

According to the company's press release, the change in date is due to a scheduling conflict. Interested individuals can participate in the call by dialing toll-free numbers for domestic and international callers and requesting to join the PriceSmart earnings call.

In addition to this change in date for the conference call, PriceSmart also plans to release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 on Thursday, July 10, 2025 after the market closes.

Headquartered in San Diego, PriceSmart operates membership shopping warehouse clubs in Latin America and the Caribbean.
